De Haar Castle

De Haar Castle still looks like the original as built in 1300. The castle was built by Cander de Haar family, and in the 15th century the castle was destroyed. However, precisely in 1892 the castle was renovated. In field near De Haar used to be a village called Haarzuilen. There is a cafe there, where you can have lunch. The grounds are great too, but be aware, you have to pay to enter. Corrently, the castle became the most visited castle in the Netherlands.
